A record year for GCSE results!

William Parker students, parents and staff are celebrating the best set of GCSE results in the College’s history. 84% of students achieved 5 A* to C grades with 53% of the year group of 220 boys, achieving 5 A* to C grades including English and Maths. George Eldridge achieved 16 top passes which includes 11 A*- A grades and five students achieved 10 A* to A grades.

Outstanding A Level results for Parkwood students

Students from Parkwood 6th Form  will be celebrating this week with a 97.4%  A Level pass rate, with 9% of student celebrating achieving the sought after A* grade. With more students than ever before achieving the highest outcomes Parkwood has ensured that over 85% of students will be moving onto their chosen university.

Double Victory - U16s win County Cup final 2011

As well as being crowned Sussex Schools Champions, William Parker's Under 16's football team have also added the South East Sussex District Schools title to their success by beating Bishop Bell at Little Common Football Club.

Former students in World Cups

William Parker Sports College joins a small, if not unique group of schools who can boast former students who have represented their country in World Cup finals of two different sports. Michael Yardy has a world cup winners medal from the cricket 20/20 world cup in the West Indies and Gareth Barry played for England in South Africa.
